So what's going on for Black Friday and Cyber Monday?
Our biggest sale of the year, that's what's going on!! Everything in stock is on sale (so excluding pre-orders). No need for any discount codes, everything will already be priced on sale.
So can I still use your GAMENIGHTBOX discount?
Over the weekend you won't be able to stack our GAMENIGHTBOX discount on top of the sale. If you happen to miss our Black Friday - Cyber Monday deals, GAMENIGHTBOXES will be back shortly after.
I hate shipping fees! Can I come by to pick up my game?
Definitely! If you're in, around or passing through Toronto, choose Hold My Games at checkout and we'll get in touch to arrange a socially distanced pick-up. We're near Leslie and Sheppard, close to TTC and the highways.
If you ship my game, how quickly will it arrive?
Things can get a bit hectic during Black Friday weekend. Our goal is to get all weekend orders packed and shipped by Tuesday evening. Depending on where it's going it can take 2-7 days to get across Canada. If you're in the U.S. we find it takes about 7-10 days.
When do I need to order to get my game by Christmas?
This year is expected to be a busier shipping season so our guidance would be to order by December 9-13 to provide 2 weeks for shipping. If you're in the U.S., Canada Post is recommending orders get shipped by December 8.
It's great to have found a Canadian family owned games store, how do I get to know you?

I want my game now! But I need it shipped. How much will it cost?
We know paying for shipping is a drag. It is for us too. We'll always do our best to keep it low and cover part of it. As a small business we really appreciate you helping to cover part too. we offer

- Orders are picked, packed and shipped within a day or two of being placed.
- Canadian delivery time is usually 2-3 business days to ON or QC; the rest of Canada varies by location (typically we see 5-7 business days).
- Delivery time to the U.S. is typically 5-8 business days.
- All orders are shipped with a tracking number. We'll send it to you as soon as we've got it.
Wait! You offer free shipping over $175?
Orders totalling over $175 before tax, and shipping to a Canadian address, will ship for free.
Can I order some games then have you hold them until I qualify for free shipping?
Yes! Choose the Hold My Games shipping option at checkout. We'll send you a note confirming the hold and set them aside. We're happy to hang onto them for up to 6 months. After that we'll reach out to you to ship anything being held.
What if I don't live in Canada or the continental U.S. and you've got a game I really want?
We'd love to help you get that game! We also ship internationally. Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your shipping address. We'll find out the cost and let you know before you order.
What about Pre-Orders?
We mostly run pre-orders for Kickstarter games. We'll note the expected arrival/delivery of the game right up front. It's based on what we know, and can sometimes slip. If you place an order with a pre-order game, we'll hold the whole order to ship together. And pre-orders can be added to games we're holding to help qualify for free shipping.
The box arrived banged up, what if my game got damaged from shipping?
Don't stress about it. We do our best to pack protectively. If you do notice damage, we'll find a way to make it right. Please take a picture of the damage (and the shipping package too if it was damaged) as soon as you receive your game. Email us the picture and the details (email@example.com) so we can figure out a solution for you and let our shipping partners know right away.
This new game is great, but I think it's missing a piece and maybe has some production defects. Do you have extra game parts?
Unfortunately not, but the publisher should! Please get in touch with them directly with details of what's missing or defective. If you're having trouble getting in touch with them or getting things resolved, please let us know and we'll jump to try and help.
