We offer Free Local Pick Up in Toronto!
We can easliy meet you for pick up at Leslie Station or Union Station. Once you've placed your order with local pick up, you'll receive an email from us to coordinate the time and location.
Our shipping rates are all flat rates, meaning you just pay the shipping rate for the whole order, not per item. Our shipping rate to addresses in Canada is $9.95. Canadian Orders over $165 before taxes ship for free. You can hold orders for up to 6 months to build up an order that qualifies for free shipping.
We offer shipping to the U.S. for $19.95 flat rate.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and will include a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number for your order with your shipping confirmation.
Returns are available within 30 days of purchase. To return your product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and details will be provided. Please do not ship a return or exchange until you’ve received a reply from us.
If your order arrives damaged you may be eligible for an exchange. We only offer exchanges on damaged orders.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid on the initial order are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item for return over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Once you receive your order and begin using it, and you believe there are missing components please contact the publisher of the product. It is the responsibility of the publisher to replace the missing or defective piece.
