Shipping Policy

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the estimated size and weight of the box to be shipped. Rates are calculated using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service and the delivery address entered at checkout.

You can also have us hold your games for up to 6 months to build an order that qualifies for free shipping.

Orders over $250 in BC, AB or the East Coast

Calculated at Checkout Shipping to any Canadian address will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. The rate is Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service.

  • Orders are picked, packed and shipped usually within two business days of being placed.
  • Canadian delivery time is usually 2-3 business days to ON or QC; the rest of Canada varies by location (typically we see 7-9 business days to get out to Vancouver).
  • Delivery time to the U.S. is typically 6-9 business days.
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number. We'll send it to you as soon as we've got it.

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and will include a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number for your order with your shipping confirmation. U.S. orders ship via UPS, also with tracking.


Return Policy

Returns are available within 30 days of purchase. To return your product please contact us at and details will be provided. Please do not ship a return or exchange until you’ve received a reply from us.

If your order arrives damaged you may be eligible for an exchange. We only offer exchanges on damaged orders.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs paid on the initial order are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item for return over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Missing parts

Once you receive your order and begin using it, and you believe there are missing components please contact the publisher of the product. It is the responsibility of the publisher to replace the missing or defective piece.
